At Sergio Tacchini Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original condition with all tags attached inside the shipping box and include the printed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
